Try this lemon twist on the classic Margarita, with an egg white for extra richness.
- 1 3/4 ounce Casa Dragones blanco tequila
- 3/4 ounce Cointreau
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: orange twist
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice.
Fill with ice, shake again and strain into a coupe glass.
Twist a swath of orange peel over the drink and discard.
