Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle in which we put the yeast, 3-4 tablespoons of warm milk and leave it to rise for 10-15 minutes in a warm place away from the current.
Beat eggs, egg yolks, salt, sugar, grated lemon peel with the mixer until the sugar melts.
Melt the butter in the warm milk and slowly add it to the egg composition and mix with the flour and mayonnaise, kneading the dough well.
Cover with a towel and leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
We mix the cocoa and the oil well, we will incorporate this composition in a part of the coca to make the cake in two colors.
Take a piece of white dough (about the size of a tennis ball) sprinkle flour on the work table so that the dough does not stick and spread lengthwise over which we will put another piece of cocoa dough. We'll sprinkle walnuts, shit and raisins on it and run. We do the same thing in parallel with another series of dough, after which we knead it and we will put it in a tray lined with butter and flour. We will do the same with the rest of the dough. I had 2 bigger cakes and a smaller one.
We put them back in a warm place (I put them on top of the stove) and we will let them grow until they swell well.
The oven will be lit when the cakes are in shape or even before.
When they have grown well, grease them with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and poppy seeds according to your preferences.
Put in the oven heated over low heat for approx. 20-30 minutes. They must not be allowed to burn.
They are wonderful
