Liver with bechamel sauce

Bring the liver to a boil and discard the water.

the vegetables are boiled separately, cut into pieces, and when the spinach is cooked, chop it.

Separately in a pan, heat the oil, add the chopped liver together with the vegetables and let it simmer for a few minutes, then add the sauce and leave for another 5 minutes.
