For the countertop I mixed the butter with the sugar, eggs and milk. I added flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. I spread the resulting composition with a spoon in the tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
In the meantime I made the syrup and cream. For the syrup I burned the sugar and added water. I kept it on the fire until the sugar melted, then I let it cool.
For the cream I dissolved the flour with the cold milk, I added the sugar and the butter and I put it on the fire, chewing in one so that it doesn't stick to the bottom, until the first boil. I set aside and put the vanilla and all the coconut, stirring until it incorporated.
The cold top is syruped with the burnt sugar syrup, we place the coconut cream in an even layer, and we sprinkle chocolate on top (I had white).
Let it cool for about two hours, then cut it to your liking.
