I really like omelets .... I hope I didn't bore you too much with my omelets
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese
- 4 olives
- 2 slices of melted cheese
- 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION How to make potato omelette (2):
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Fry the grated potatoes in a little oil in a pan until golden.
Beat eggs well with a little salt, mix with salted cheese, chopped olives and pepper.
If the potatoes have turned golden, pour over them beaten eggs.
Fry well on both sides, turning the omelette with the lid.
