First we deal with bean pods.
We wash them, then we put them in cold water and let them boil over low heat.
When they have softened, add the vegetables: sliced carrots, finely chopped parsley root and parsnips, diced peppers and continue to boil.
Near the end we prepare the rantas.
Heat the onion in a little oil, and when it becomes glassy, add the paprika and flour.
Gradually extinguish with the juice from the soup.
Add the rantas to the soup, a little freshly chopped parsley, bring to a boil and turn off.
We can sour the soup with a little borscht.
