Green bean soup

First we deal with bean pods.

We wash them, then we put them in cold water and let them boil over low heat.

When they have softened, add the vegetables: sliced ​​carrots, finely chopped parsley root and parsnips, diced peppers and continue to boil.

Near the end we prepare the rantas.

Heat the onion in a little oil, and when it becomes glassy, ​​add the paprika and flour.

Gradually extinguish with the juice from the soup.

Add the rantas to the soup, a little freshly chopped parsley, bring to a boil and turn off.

We can sour the soup with a little borscht.
