RECIPE PREPARATION Smoothie with bananas and nectarines:
Cut the orange in half and with the help of a juicer (manual) we get the fresh juice. Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a blender jar (I don't have one, so I used a mini electric shredder), add the orange juice and optionally one or two mint leaves. We pass the fruits until their consistency becomes creamy.
Serve cold, with appetite!
