RECIPE PREPARATION Fish brine:
We start by cleaning and washing the fish. Then we salt it and prepare it for frying. We take each piece of fish and turn it on both sides through wheat flour or cornstarch and fry it in hot oil. Meanwhile, cut the garlic and hot pepper into slices and boil them in a liter of water along with the other ingredients. After boiling add the fish (fried in the meantime) and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes. . Serve with polenta! :)
